Packages are usually shipped within 7 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via express courier with tracking and delivery with signature. If you prefer delivery by an insured courier, an additional cost will apply, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipping choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Shipping costs, if applicable, include handling and packaging costs, as well as postage costs. The handling costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend grouping your items in one order. We cannot group two separate orders separately and delivery charges apply to each order. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile items. The boxes are amply sized and the items are well protected.
Always check the condition of the packaging when you receive the goods.
A damaged, dented or wet package affects the correct functioning of the item contained. ALWAYS CHECK THE TRANSPORT DOCUMENT AND ALWAYS GIVE A COPY TO THE COURIER.
Our company does not assume the burden of refunding or replacing the parts damaged during transport if the customer does not put his reservation on the courier's receipt.
The purchased goods must be returned in the same conditions as received, with the original packaging (intact and complete in all their parts as they are considered integral parts of the goods), with the manuals, accessories, parts, keys and everything that was supplied, without any lack.
The consumer is possibly and solely responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In the case in which the asset is evidently used due to the use made, such as to undergo a consequent commercial devaluation upon its re-marketing in the state of "used product", a possible reduction in value will be carried out. The same thing also in the case of lack of the original packaging or its non-integrity, such as to require its repurchase from the manufacturer and its replacement. To limit damage to the original packaging, we suggest, when necessary, to place it in a second box, avoiding in all cases affixing labels or adhesive tapes directly to the original product packaging.
The customer will forward the product to the Marina Systems srl warehouse via his own forwarder, Via F. Baracca, 3 – 24034 Cisano Bergamasco (Bg), within 14 days of the notification of withdrawal. The return shipping costs are charged to the customer.
The goods, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, travel under your responsibility, it is therefore advisable to insure the shipment against theft, loss or damage in transport (for which we assume no responsibility in the return shipping).
